MightySat Rx Pulse Oximeter

Masimo originally developed Signal Extraction Technology® for clinical use but now it is available for general wellness and health applications including sports, fitness, and relaxation management. Masimo SET® pulse oximetry features multiple parallel signal processing engines for accurate and reliable readings.

Pulse oximeters measure the oxygen saturation, or percentage of oxygen in you blood. In addition, MightySat Rx displays pulse rate and breaths per minute to help understand your respiratory function.

Yes, the MightySat Rx does work with iOS 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13.

No. The MightySat Rx is intended for spot-checking on people who weigh at least 30kg/ 66lbs.

TIR-1 Thermometer

By using only the center of the forehead, this technique avoids variation often encountered when the right or left areas of the oral cavity, ears, or temporal-swipe R-L action are employed. Unless the same spot is repeatedly used, temperature trending becomes less dependable.

No. The device reads only naturally emitted infrared signals from the skin and underlying blood supply from the forehead.

Omron Blood Pressure Monitor

Both readings are important. One measures your blood pressure during a heart contraction and the other measures blood pressure between heart contractions. For your particular situation, you should discuss both measurement results with your doctor.

In the instruction manual that came with the unit, there is a section included on the different types of error messages. Please review this section of the manual.

For accurate measurements, please use the same arm for the cuff and avoid any movement while taking the measurement. It is important that you wrap your cuff in the right position around your arm. It is also best to rest for 15 minutes before starting the measurement. It is possible that you may just be seeing normal fluctuations in blood pressure throughout the day.

Omron blood pressure monitors are NOT intended for use during exercise or activity. We recommend that you avoid eating, drinking alcohol or caffeinated beverages, smoking, bathing and exercising for at least 30 minutes before taking a measurement. It is also best to rest for 15 minutes before starting the measurement.

Omron Weight Scale

Step on the weight scale when the power is off. The power will automatically turn on once you step on it. If nothing is displayed, please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the manual that was included in the box.

As soon as you insert the batteries, the transfer symbol (refer to the manual) and "P" symbol will blink on the display. When the unit is connected successfully the transfer symbol and "OK" symbol will appear on the display.

You can select between kilograms and pounds with a switch. Please refer to the manual for more details.
